Peter Rogers Bathurst Real Estate are looking to employ a full time salesperson.
The applicant can be male or female, we would prefer the applicant to have had sales experience (not necessarily in Real Estate). You will need to be a mature person.
The career involves listing and selling homes, prospecting for new listings and most importantly a high level of customer service and focus.
This career is not for the faint hearted it is hard work and often requires long hours including weekend work.
You will require your own late model car and current drivers license.
The successful applicant will need to be a likeable person with a huge desire for success, a team player as well as an ability to work on your own is desired. You will need to be patient, honest, have plenty of energy and a will to win.
The initial three month period will be base wage plus car and phone allowance, then full wage and allowances are paid after the probation period has ended. We also offer a well structured commission system that is very fair to the successful applicant and a high income is a strong possibility if you are successful.
